Software Sales Representative
Locations: Plano, TX and Rockville, MD
Software Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting and initiating contact with key decision makers to generate new business while additionally up-selling an established customer base. A demonstrated ability to use effective selling systems and techniques to help probe, present, and close sales with existing customers is a key deliverable for this position. Prior experience in selling for Group1 Software, Pitney Bowes Software, Firstlogic, GMC, Extream, QAS, Trillium, BCC Software, Satori Software a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Executing successful Customer Relationship Management at executive levels
- Demonstrating ability to sell complex services and solutions
- Educating new and existing customers on a full suite of solutions
- Executing aggressive prospect activities to generate ongoing sales
- Executing a disciplined Professional Selling Process
- Achieving monthly and yearly quotas
Training will be provided to transfer knowledge of company products and services, as well as developing sales techniques to accurately assess customer needs and promote ancillary products and services.
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office required, and ACT is a plus.

Senior Software Developer
Locations: Plano, TX and Chicago, IL.
Senior Software Developer with a minimum of 5 years experience to code as well as design, develop, debug and support software applications; special consideration will be give to a candidate with an artistic creativity to create color schemes and graphics. The candidate must also review software design requirement and test plan documents. The candidate will work proactively with management, other software developers, and QA department members to validate and fix development issues.
Experience in the following is required:
- C++
- C#
- WPF / SilverLight
- Web Services
- Visual Basic
The following is not required but preferred; Direct Marketing industry experience, in particular Data Hygiene, Data Quality, CASS, Presort and NCOALink.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop user a high level user experience interface and administrative screens using software tools defined by management
- Design and implement modification to existing software and database systems
- When required, write routines to connect to remote servers using industry-standard protocols to handshake and communicate with other local software processes
- Develop Microsoft SQL and/or other databases, as needed
- Trouble shoot, optimize and performance tuning of current systems
- Document systems and processes, and comply with all requirements for the archiving and safeguarding of software using Source Code tools
- Collaborates with other departments in the selection and setup of computer applications appropriate to their requirements

Technical Support Specialist
Location: Plano, TX
Technical Support Specialist with a minimum of 3 years using Anchor Software (formerly Mirus), Group1 / Firstlogic software, or any other direct mail software in a production or support environment. Our software consists of applications for cleansing and manipulating large mailing files, processing lists through U.S. Postal Service databases, and preparing highly complex documents for high-speed, large scale imaging.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries
- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
- Recording details of inquiries and comments
- Recording details of actions taken
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
- Following up on customer interactions
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Overtime or on-call coverage as required.
