MaxMover is Anchor Software's NCOALink® Solution

On November 23, 2008, the United States Postal Service® (USPS®) implemented changes to their Move Update requirements. You are now required to perform a Move Update process on First-Class™ and Standard Mail® every 95 days. You are also required to indicate which method you used by checking the appropriate box in the “Move Update Method” section of your 3600 and 3602 postage statements.

The Postal Service™ is using the MERLIN® systems to verify your compliance, and although they are currently willing to work with mailers to resolve any issues, in May 2009 they will begin assessing substantial postage penalties on mailings found to be non-compliant.

Anchor Software has the expertise to help analyze Move Update practices to determine if problems exist and what can be done to resolve any issues.

Anchor Software is a USPS® Licensed NCOALink® Interface Developer, Interface Distributor and Limited Service Provider (18 months of COA Data), and, through Anchor Computer, can provide Full Service (48 months of COA Data).
