Anchor Introduces Software as a Service for NCOA^Link®

A new alternative to decrease overall costs while improving productivity.

Plano, Texas – June 23, 2009 – ANCHOR SOFTWARE, LLC, a leading provider of data processing software for postal processing, data quality, direct marketing and document design, has announced the release of Software as a Service (SaaS) for use with MaxCASS™ and MaxMover™, Anchor’s United States Postal Service^® (USPS^®) certified interfaces for address correction and change-of-address processing.

SaaS is an innovative and easy-to-use processing alternative that allows users to update mailings via a secure internet connection using MaxCASS, MaxMover, and Anchor Software’s NCOA^Link service, which is located in Anchor’s secure data center, to perform change-of-address processing. The result of this process delivers correct and current addresses.

SaaS offers users many benefits, including the freedom of processing files on their own production schedule as if they had the software in-house; thus eliminating the maintenance issues related to updating software and databases, trouble-shooting problems, and paying for costly software and USPS license fees.
