As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to dominate life here in the United States and across the globe, we maintain our thoughts and prayers for each one of you and your families, and we hope that all of you remain safe and healthy. We certainly appreciate all the healthcare and government workers, community leaders and volunteers for their dedication in combating and containing this pandemic.
Our top priority during this time is to continue valuing and protecting the health and well-being of our employees and their families, customers, partners, vendors and friends.
We continue to follow local and state government guidelines everywhere we have offices and employees, and by doing such we stay steadfast in our adherence to our pandemic business continuity plan. This plan includes the following:
- We have restricted all travel for our employees.
- We have restricted access to all buildings, offices and datacenters to non-essential employees, partners and vendors.
- We have instituted a work from home policy - and I’m proud to say over 90% of our employees are working remotely.
We realize Anchor software and services are critical processes for your business, and I can assure you all our systems and processes will remain fully operational with multiple layers of redundancy in this time of uncertainty.
In addition, Anchor has the infrastructure and capacity to act as an overflow datacenter for your related work and can perform processing if the need arises.
