Enhancements

This release removes the "Program Can Not Run with Missing Layout" message when running from a command line.

This release adds the ability to read an Excel sheet or write to a new Excel sheet or newly created file.

Corrections

This release fixes the Microsoft Excel file to correctly load into Layout Manager from DataDialog. This feature now functions as expected.
