Enhancements

This release adds Zip/Zip4 or Zip\Zip4 as a backup field when sorting if ZIP is not found. 

This release adds logging to go to %ANCHOR_LOGS%\Deceased\Decease_DATE_TIME.log file.

This release adds the limit=0 field for legacy mode to allow users to suppress anything after 15 years they can turn the option ON in the GUI.

This release adds Zip4 to the Output Layout for Available fields. 

Corrections

This release fixes a Saving error where after executing once, the control book name would no longer save correctly. This feature now functions as expected.
